A New Year, A New Post

When I created this blog last year, I had very good intentions of posting regularly, and, well, you know what they say about good intentions. I won't promise that I'l post any more regularly in 2018, but I'll try.
For today though, I  just want to say a few things here as we start a new year, and look ahead into an uncertain future:
  • I am grateful for the love and support of family and friends around the world. Love is a much stronger glue than hate.
  • I am cautiously optimistic about our country as we move into this new year. 2017 sucked. 2018 has the potential for growth, for all of us.
  • I am thankful for the artists, creators, and weirdos who keep making beauty in this world.
I had a dream several years ago, and, as with many dreams, it was ephemeral and fleeting, But the message of the dream remains clear. I awoke from  the dream with a feeling of peace and well-being, and with a phrase resonating in my mind.

That phrase was "We are all loved. We are all love."

Remember that as we move into this new year. We are all loved. We are all love.
